I tried Primal Queen for a few weeks because I was hoping it would help me sleep better, but I didn’t notice much of a difference. I was still waking up during the night and feeling tired in the morning. It wasn’t awful or anything, it just didn’t feel worth the price for me. The whole thing also gave me a bit of a “they care more about selling it than making sure it actually works” vibe. Maybe it helps other people, but it didn’t do much for my sleep...

I grabbed Primal Queen hoping it would do something for my hot flashes and mood swings, because that crap has been driving me nuts. I’ve been taking it for a few weeks now and I do feel a little more evened out, plus my sleep has been a bit better too. It’s not some miracle pill or anything, so don’t expect magic overnight. Took a while before I noticed anything. Shipping was totally fine. Giving it 4 stars because it has helped, I just wish it wasn’t so damn expensive.

I’ve been using this for about a month now, and I do think my hair feels a bit stronger, especially when I’m brushing it after a shower. I’m noticing fewer little strands stuck in the bristles, which is nice. My nails, though, are still splitting at the corners and breaking if I catch them on anything. So overall, it’s not bad, just not a huge wow moment for me.

I really liked the idea of the product at first, but the whole subscription thing got confusing fast. I thought I had cancelled it, so I was surprised when I saw another charge come through. I kept checking the account page and couldn’t really tell what was active or cancelled, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be.
I ended up emailing support just to figure out what was going on. They did reply, but it took longer than I expected, and by then I was already frustrated. I don’t feel like I should have to chase a company just to stop a monthly order, so I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make cancelling a lot clearer and easier.

I really like that the ingredients are clean and easy to understand. There’s no weird mile-long list, which is what made me want to try it in the first place. I took off one star because it’s a bit pricey for the amount you get, and that feels kind of avoidable. Still, quality-wise, it seems solid so far

I ordered from primalqueen.com and ended up needing to return it. To be fair, the refund did come through, but it took longer than I was expecting and I had to follow up once to check on it. Customer service was polite and handled it okay, just not the fastest. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do think the return process could be a little smoother.

The capsules are a nice small size and easy to take, which I do appreciate. That said, the overall experience left me feeling like an apology would’ve been the least they could offer.
